I can tell you THIS is an item that I hope I never have to be without. It is the best ten hold bard eyebrow pencil I have ever used. The color is perfect, it is long wearing, it is very slim so it makes lining your brows so easy. I just cannot say enough good things about this eyebrow pencil.. I love it beyond words!! If you remember I recently wrote a review on Smashbox Contouring Compact!! It is one of the best products ever..
